1. Final Sales
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

2. Packaging & Shipping Protection
We carefully package all orders using break-resistant, protective wrapping to ensure your products arrive safely without cracks or damage.

3. If You Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product
   •   Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and your order number.
   •   After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement or a refund through the original payment method if damage or a defect is confirmed.

4. Why Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted
Since our products are medical–cosmetic items, they can be affected by how they are stored (temperature, humidity, exposure, etc.).
For the safety of our customers and to preserve product quality, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the risk of improper storage once the product leaves our facility.

5. Shipping Costs & Responsibility
   •   Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged from our side.
   •   The customer is responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipment.
